  I have been coming to the Nex location this past month (July 2018). Darren attended to me the first visit and it was such a pleasant experience, I continued to request for him each time. The rest of the staff are also friendly especially Sarah. Chloe also does a good job of the wash & blow. A very amicable and friendly guy, Darren puts me at ease and is able to discuss and recommend what he thinks is suitable, then leaving the choice to me. What’s great is he is also conversant in English as I can’t do so in mandarin. I was pleased with the Cosme rebonding and organic colour treatment and the regular visits for the wash & blow are always relaxing times. Thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼
